Divemaster / Dive Instructor Fast track
A fast-track to qualification as a PADI Divemaster and straight on to Open Water Scuba Instructor.
You start with the PADI Divemaster course, the essential pre-requisite for a career with PADI. Next you do a week’s pre-IDC training where we recap essential skills, practice teaching techniques and undertake mock exams. This is conducted by a PADI Staff Instructor.
This is followed by the Instructor Development Course (IDC). This is designed to teach you all you need to know about dive training within the PADI scheme, as well as preparing you for the specific job of teaching the sport. Immediately after the IDC you will go straight on to the Instructor Examination (IE).
This course does not include the many PADI Specialities of our Divemaster Traineeship, nor the opportunity to gain work experience as a Divemaster. However, if you are a qualified PADI Rescue Diver this is the quick route to instructor certification, and a passport to worldwide employment.
